Bangladesh has many social economic problems which have been creating obstacles on the path of economic development. Bangladesh has had many promising industries. Excess profit tendency, dishonesty of some industrialists or businessmen, political instability, lack of capital, non Co operation attitude of powerful authorities, complexity of bureaucracy, natural disasters, etc.

Unfortunately, many promising medium and large industries are turning to be diseased industries now .Many promising large and medium industries have already shut down for a limitless time, which industries have faced a great loss for many years. Many people have lost their jobs. Many times laborers were retrenched from diseased industries in spite of their great skill .Many laborers lost their jobs Shut down condition of many industries have created a bad impact on the economy. Adamji Jute mill was a famous jute mill in the world. Many people worked in this large industry.
Unfortunately, this factory was shut down for ever some years ago Many laborers lost their jobs .This is really pathetic. This mill was known as a largest jute mill in Asia. 25 thousand people worked in this mill. Unfortunately, this famous thriving mill was stopped 2002. At the present time one unit of this mill is turned to be exported EPZ area. To re establishing another unit’s work is going on now. Not only Adamji Jute mill, but also many manufacturing mill factories has stopped their production l. This is not acceptable. Because economic development of a country is greatly hampered for shutdown condition of mills and factories. Bangladesh is a high densely populated country. It has huge population who have not worked.
In this circumstance for overcoming all economic problems Governments should be following the suggestions of local Economic scholars. Then they should be trying to make a long term realistic plan how could be Bangladesh turned prosperous in the industrial sector?
If the Bangladesh Government could have been implementing those realistic plans successfully Bangladesh will become an industrialized country in future. For manifestation of Bangladeshi industries, industrial diversification is needed. As a result number of industries will be increased in Bangladesh. Local and foreign investors will be showing interest for investing money in new industries if political instability and corruption would be being removed the side of side communication, transportation system of our country would be being modernized by authorities in future. Thus way Bangladesh could be reached her economic goal and find redress from unexpected labor retrenchment in the future.
